Is it safe to clean tea cups with bleach. I grew up in a home where a pinch of baking soda was used to clean the stains out of tea cups yes china and mugs. I always use bleach. My old manager used to bleach the cups in work to remove the tea stains.
Rinse the mug for a shiny clean look. It also works on tea pots finish with hot soapy water and rinse well. Step 6 Wipe the interior of the coffee mug with a wet cloth.
Dont give up on having a clean beautiful mug. 12 cup of distilled white vinegar. Vinegar instead of bleach.
Vinegar eliminates coffee and tea stains on cups. Step 3 Watch the two ingredients foam when combined. Sprinkle a little baking soda onto the bottom of your stained cup or carafe.
Is it safe to bleach mugs. Would put some in and fill with water and leave over night. And yeah as Caitlin pointed out most of the commercials mean but dont say or imply for you to use only very diluted amounts of bleach when cleaning food-related items.
This deodorizes and disinfects the mug. 1 Drink the whole tea or pour it into the sink. Bleach does not play nice with other cleaners so dont mix.
