Place the piping bag inside a large tumbler and fold the top of the piping bag over the edge of the glass. Start by cutting the tip of your piping bag. Make sure you gently stop squeezing the bag as you pull away the piping tip.
Hold your piping bag straight up and down with the tip pointed downward. Take your Ziploc plastic bag and tape the corner tip of the side you are going to use. Insert the tip.
You can then use this to make your designs using this single shape only. Take off the coupler and piping tip and squeeze as much of the unused pastry bag contents back into its mixing bowl or storage container. Begin piping in the center with one flower.
