Foam earplugs are bound to float so it will be necessary to hold them and keep them immersed underwater for a few minutes. Never use soap detergent or alcohol-based cleaners as they will break down the foam. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners that contain things like bleach and ammonia as these can degrade the foam in your mattress.
